Lesson One Home Practice

Set up a home practice in accordance with Susan’s instructions in Talk One, and practice for 10 minutes every day. You can use the 10-Minute Guided Meditation for support as needed.

In addition, keep a practice log. At the end of your practice, simply write how many minutes you practiced and how it felt. If you are a beginner meditator, Susan advises you stick to just 10 minutes.
