Lesson One Reflection Question
Think about this quote from the great Tibetan master Chögyam Trungpa Rinpoche:
“Ego is able to convert everything to its own use, even spirituality. . . . It is important to see that the main point of any spiritual practice is to step out of the bureaucracy of ego.” (p. 32).
What does this mean to you? Are there ways that you hold on to your ego in our own spiritual practice? If so, how?
You may want to keep a journal to record any thoughts or reflections that arise.
