An invitation from Zibin
My dear Tai Chi friends,
I am so thrilled to share some great news with you!
As a follow-up to last year’s live course, we’ll be offering Part Two of the adaptive Tai Chi Chuan class, which will dig deeper into the concepts and moves we learned last year. One of the main objectives for this 6-week session is to improve your confidence in mastering the 7-posture adaptive Tai Chi Chuan by embracing your questions, comments, and suggestions. To achieve this objective, please share any questions, comments, and suggestions you would like me to address once you enroll in the course.
Focusing on employing the sitting and standing practice modalities, the main objective of this 6-week course also includes:
- Improving the movement circular flow through engaging the centering mind to synchronize bodily and breathing movements.
- To provide in-depth experience on the potential and therapeutic effects of adaptive Tai Chi Chuan practice on the mind and body.
- Emphasizing the flowing nature of Tai Chi Chuan movement, this course intends to enhance the embodiment of “four ounces deflects one thousand pounds” and other key concepts of ancient philosophy, including harmony, change, simplicity, strength, and unity.
I look forward to flowing with you again in 2026!
Zibin Guo
